My AUTUMN Reads…

My AUTUMN Reads…

At the moment, I’m flying through two books a week – sometimes both of them being novels! – so I thought I’d catch you up with where I am right now.

The reading load has admittedly been hard, but that’s what fourth year at university is all about I suppose. Indeed, all of the books below are ones I have had to read because of course requirements; I haven’t had the time for any personal choices unfortunately. Nonetheless, some of these works I have really enjoyed… Others? Not so much. Although, I did not hate any – woop woop! Two of them are also re-reads (Brontë and Dickens). It’s nice reading a book again after a while; you always notice things you didn’t before. I’ll include ratings to indicate where my favourites lye, but bare in mind that they are absolutely personal and that someone may have a completely different view on a book than I do!

I have also linked every single book to a website so that you can easily be taken to a seller, get a synopsis of it and also skim over reviews.

There’s quite the mix of contemporary and Victorian literature on my list, hence the reason I’ve included the publication dates… But what do you prefer? Older or newer literature?
